Together, we can ensure all children are ready to succeed in kindergarten and beyond.
About Think Small Institute
Think Small Institute (TSI) offers a wide range of training opportunities for early childhood educators which include options for both live-virtual training and self-paced eLearning. We offer more than 100 titles of online, on-demand courses that meet the unique professional development requirements of educators wherever they are.
Our exclusive TSI courses stand out because they translate evidence-based theory into effective practice, using antiracist pedagogy and diversity-informed practice. Our subject matter experts know the early childhood field inside out. They design high-quality content to equitably meet the diverse needs of the early childhood workforce.
Since our eLearning courses are available on-demand, they are easily digestible and do not have to be completed in one sitting. Most eLearning courses come with IACET CEU credit included.
