Course Summary

Virtually explore how to provide a healthy, fun and creative approach to eating and learning in your program. LANA shows how to use meal and snack time to enhance acceptance of new foods, improve fine motor skills; teach math, science, and other school readiness skills, and improve social and cognitive skills through interaction with adults and peers. During the virtual class format you will practice strategies to connect classroom learning activities with the benefits of fruits and vegetables and discover free online resources to really make a difference in children’s healthy development.
