Objectives
In this course, learners will:
- Adhere and refer to the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) code of ethics for early care and education and models its use in decision-making.
- Review and regularly update policies.
- Use effective conflict resolution techniques with families when needed.
Criteria to earn CEUs:
- To receive a certificate and CEUs, you must complete all components of this course, including scoring 80% or higher on the review quiz. You can retake the final review quiz and all interactive components as many times as needed.
